Hi, I'm Shawn Oster, a Program Manager at Microsoft working on Silverlight.

In a nutshell that means I'm a professional nerd that runs around trying to get the people that live and breath Silverlight cool features while making sure the features we do have work better and better with each release. Lately I've been working a lot on the Silverlight Toolkit, an awesome way for us (Microsoft and the Silverlight team) to quickly give users new controls, fixes and updates at a rapid pace.

On the non-work releated side I'm a music lover, snowboarder, video game player, Irish culture (no, I'm not Irish and yes I know I spell my name "wrong") enjoying nerd.
